Becoming part of the I AM EQUAL FOUNDATION GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP INITIATIVE is a huge commitment for each student and requires careful consideration. The application process for the scholarship takes 8 years involving annual essays, mandatory volunteer and social outreach, as well as peer tutoring, and a healthy extracurricular schedule. We work with the students throughout the entire process to ensure a successful application process and scholarship gift.

To ensure that a student is focused and driven in their commitment to successfully complete the I AM EQUAL FOUNDATION scholarship application process, we require annual essays that encourage the student to articulate the importance of education, service, community involvement, and social responsibility in their life and future. These essays allow our Student Services team to keep tabs on the student’s progress and maintain regular interaction with our applicants.

As part of this application process, students are required to participate in community service opportunities, and charitable giving programs in their local area. While focusing on a bright future for themselves, these students must be active participants in creating a bright future for their family, friends, and communities.
